The garden is a green oasis. However, there is plenty of “green” around the garden and building to enjoy.
Additionally, a new swimming pool was added during the landscaping process. The garden (yard) was recently landscaped at the end of 2013, therefore some of the vegetation isn’t fully grown. However, there is plenty of “green” around the garden and building to enjoy. There is a small deck around the pool and lawn chairs are provided for your enjoyment.

Kas Iguana features a compact yet functional trendy concrete handmade kitchen and is fully furnished.
Bathroom
The bathrooms are spacious, neat and sleek. Plus, you can always count on the showers naturally having just the right temperature.
Living room
The fully furnished living room is perfect for socializing with family and friends or simply relaxing after a long day. The sitting area features four comfortable armchairs…
Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms. The “green bedroom” and the “red bedroom”.
Porch
Outside you’ll find a spacious porch (18m2) which is shaded throughout the day.

The bungalows are very suitable for scuba diving enthusiasts. On the lockable porch we have all the facilities to maintain and air dry your diving gear.
